Join Girls on the Run and The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. for LUNAFEST, the annual film festival dedicated to championing women filmmakers and bringing people together in their communities.

3:30 pm - Doors Open

4 pm - Screening Begins (recommended viewing ages 10 and up)

4:45 pm - Intermission (participants 10 and up may participate in a discussion at this time)

5 pm - Screening Resumes (recommended viewing ages 13 and up)

5:45 pm - Film Discussion and Reception



Online through 10:59 am on Sunday, August 28:

  • $30 for all eight films (recommended for ages 13 and up)
  • $20 for the first four films (recommended for ages 10 and up)
  • $20 for virtual attendees

In-person tickets may also be purchased at the door for $35.



LUNAFEST features a program of short films that empower and inspire. This year’s stories are told from a variety of perspectives that champion women and gender nonconforming individuals, highlighting their aspirations, accomplishments, resilience, strength and connection.

The event will also include an online silent auction featuring the items below. The silent auction will remain open from 12 pm to 6:30 pm on Sunday, August 28.

All proceeds from LUNAFEST tickets and silent auction items will benefit Girls on the Run and The Junior League of Atlanta, Inc.
