You’re invited to join us on Sunday, April 16 at Wild Heaven—West End from 12 to 3 pm for an afternoon of family fun, presented by our Young Professionals Board (YPB). 

RAMADAN MUBARAK! Did you know that this year, Ramadan (the Muslim holy month of fasting) begins on Wednesday, March 22 and will end on Friday, April 21? While many younger participants may not be fasting yet, throughout Ramadan our Muslim coaches, older participants and adult family members may be fasting, which includes abstaining from water, from sunrise to sunset. 

Girls on the Run will host its spring Girls on the Run 5K on Saturday, April 29 at Center Parc Stadium (formerly Georgia State Stadium) in downtown Atlanta

The start of the 2023 Girls on the Run (grades 3-5) and Heart & Sole (grades 6-8) spring season is almost here with practices beginning the week of February 6. Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programs will be offered at more than 100 locations throughout greater Atlanta, Athens, North Georgia and Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) this spring.
